TIME FOR LUNCH?
Wave Cafe offers nutritious vegan and vegetarian meals cooked by our Wave Cafe chefs, alongside Sara Shah, a local plant-based chef, and Adrian, a North-London artisan baker.
Come along from 12:30pm every Thursday and Friday to The United Reformed Church, Muswell Hill, N10 3NU to have a taste of Wave. Large plates cost £8 and small plates £5. We also sell delicious cakes and drinks.

Alongside lunch, join inclusive community arts every Thursday and Friday from 9am to 5pm. Pop in and see us anytime for drinks, snacks, workspaces, art, delicious lunch and a real community atmosphere.
On Thursdays, Free inclusive yoga will be running at 11am, and there is free art tuition between 11am and 3pm and again between 3:45 and 5pm! All are welcome - no need to book or RSVP.
On Fridays, inclusive art will run from 11-1.
