Graham is a management consultant with a career focused on getting people to perform at their very best.

Sarah has a background in charity administration, fundraising and project development.
“I am delighted to be part of the team working on the development of the creative space and café. It will have a positive impact both on the local community as a whole, and on everyone who works in it, enjoys something to eat and drink there, or takes part in its art activities.”
David is the founder of WeJam - the immersive rock star experience.
“I was first introduced to Wave Cafe through London Business School where I helped out on a short term consulting project. I was so impressed with their work that I asked if I could stick around, and it’s an honour to work with them"
Ben has been involved with Wave Cafe as a volunteer since it began,and took over the role of Development Director in September 2018.
"I feel very lucky to be a part of Wave and to have met so many amazing people both with and without learning disability through it. I'm really looking forward to seeing the cafe project grow and develop as we spread the word about genuine inclusivity in the community."
Toby has been longstanding member of Wave, previously working to organise our 'Wave Club' events, and joined the team as our part time events coordinator in October 2018. Toby is a familiar face to most people in Muswell Hill and can often be found working and volunteering across the community, including running his informative community twitter account, Muswell Hill News.
